Android N is coming with the ability to quick reply to notifications right away. But we will show you how you can direct reply to the messages or emails through notification bar using Android Lollipop or Marshmallow.

Apple users have experienced the direct reply to notification feature from ages but officially Android does not have that feature yet. In the upcoming release of the Android mobile operating system which is codenamed as Android N will get the feature most probably. Before that, we will show you how to reply quickly from notification bar within your current Android Smartphone.

Step 1: To direct reply from notifications, you will need to download and install the Floatify – Quick Replies app which is absolutely FREE on Google Play. You can also download from the below:

Step 2: After installing, launch the app. You have to accept the licence agreement to start off.

Step 3: App will prompt you to the Notification access slide from Setting. Put a tick on Floatify to give it access to your notifications. You will be asked if you are sure that you want to do that then you have to tap ‘Ok’.

Step 4: From the Floatify setting, you can select if you want to access ‘On Lockscreen’ or ‘On Notification’.

No more time waste by opening an app and then reply to the messages. Now you set up to quickly and directly reply from the notifications bar.
