Introducing Google’s New Calendar App: Sleek, Elegant And Easy-to-use

Google has started to revamp their apps one by one, and their latest redesign includes their calendar app. With this update, this app not only becomes suitable for the material design of Android 5.0 Lollipop, but it also becomes user-friendly and colorful.

The main feature of this app is not only its shiny interface, but the fact that adding and viewing events have become much easier with this app. With this update, your app will be able to detect various events right from your inbox, and it will place them accordingly onto your calendar. Because of the automatic process, now you will not have to worry about forgetting to add an event. You can let your app do the job and simply relax. Viewing your upcoming schedule is also easy in this app. Google has specifically added a feature called ‘schedule view‘, which presents your upcoming events in a beautiful way. There are big banners with relevant photos that help you to sort through them easily.

This app will be available for Android users in a few weeks, and Google also has a plan to make this app available for iOS users. However, the latter has not been confirmed yet, and iPhone users might have to wait a bit more to hear the good news.
