Android 3.2 SDK Released: New Features

We talked the other day about Motorola rolling out the Android 3.2 update for Xoom owners and the release of the release of the source code for that update. We also briefly touched on some of the features of this latest Honeycomb update, but we really didnt know too much. Since then Google has released the Android 3.2 SDK and now we are able to look a little deeper into what this update actually entails.

Google Android 3.2 Honeycomb On Its Way

Google is busy releasing new versions of it’s Android operating system which it hopes will give ammunition to other tablet makers in the battle against Apple and this android update is made to run on a range of devices with a fixed screen size no longer being a creative barrier for its manufacturing partners. Nvidia CEO: Android Will Squash iPad in 3yrs

Nvidia co-founder and CEO Jen-Hsun Huang has declared that Android tablets will overtake Apple’s iPad in 30 months. Speaking at the Reuters Technology Summit in New York on Monday, the outspoken CEO noted that it took Android smartphones less than three years to outpace the iPhone.
