Cant believe that Steve Jobs is no more! Very hard to believe that the co-founder of Apple, has passed away. Steve Jobs, a legend who gave new meaning to the world of personal computing, music and mobile phones and various other gadgets, passed away on Wednesday October 5 at the age of 56. Steve Jobs is the favorite personality of millions of people for his extraordinary contribution in the technology. As we confirmed on Apple’s site, Mr. Jobs has died at the age of 56 after recently retired from the position of CEO and naming Tim Cook his successor.

Apple To Offer iPhone 3GS For Free

RBC Capital Markets analyst Mike Abramsky issued a new research note outlining his expectations for Apple’s iPhone event tomorrow and Apple will reportedly keep its iPhone 3GS alive and offer it free with a service contract or $399 unsubsidized. Apple Working On International iTunes Match

Apple is far along in negotiations to obtain international cloud-music licenses from record companies and publishers and may secure a deal in time to announce it at the company’s iPhone event on Oct. 4. CNet’s Greg Sandoval reports that Apple is looking to obtain similar licenses to the ones it obtained for iCloud, the company’s upcoming cloud services initiative and Apple is said to be close to reaching deals. iCloud and iTunes Match will give customers the ability to download songs multiple times from any authorized device and stream an digital library on the go and iCloud will be free with limited storage, iTunes Match will cost $24.99/year and offer a customer’s music library for cloud streaming…………………

Apple Plans Earlier iPad 3 Release

Apple’s reported to have slashed iPad production by a quarter, according to a research report from JP Morgan Chase and it’s believed to be the first time the company’s made such a drastic cut. It implies that the company believes there are enough of the devices in the supply chain to meet demand before the iPad 3 launches and the move could be a response to slower-than-expected sales of the iPad 2 across Europe.
