Swedish Retailer Starts Taking Pre-orders Of Microsoft Surface Tablet For $1,000

Microsoft has unveiled its very own Surface tablets, running Windows RT and Windows 8, a week ago. Though the software giant company hasn’t revealed anything regarding the retail pricing of these tablets, on Wednesday, WPCentral has found a Swedish website Webhallen listed Surface tablets in their shopping cart. According to that list, Webhallen is taking pre-orders for Microsoft Surface tablets, starting with 32GB Windows RT edition for 6990 krona (roughly $1,000).
