HTC has announced $100 million funds for virtual reality accelerator program called Vive X. Vive X is designed for helping the developers in order to ensure the growth of virtual reality around the world.

The Taiwanese Mobile Company is stepping up beyond the manufacturing of Smartphones. They chose CES 2015 to demonstrate their future plans in this year. And they hinted about making home appliances and some entertainment devices which can be associated with the smartphones.

Although Taiwanese manufacturer HTC did well with the Nexus 9 tablet release, it seems like they aren't satisfied with having released it under Google's name. Lately, Chang Chia-lin, CFO of HTC has confirmed that they are planning to launch their own tablet in 2015.

HTC has officially unveiled HTC One M8 which is the successor of HTC One. The specialty of this handset is it comes with two rear cameras. It is being expected that the handset is about to change the game of HTC.

HTC has been trying hard to recover from its downward spiral in the smartphone market. The company may finally be on to something as rumors surface that it is about to launch HTC Desire 816 for a sub-$300 price tag.

HTC is expected to unveil its next flagship smartphone on its March 25 event. However, just ahead of the event, more leaked images of the anticipated HTC All New One have hit the web.

HTC has been on a downward spiral in terms of sales and profits. But the company now plans to stop this decline by offering a range of wearable devices. Among these, sources claim, is a Google Now smartwatch.
