Google Announces New Blink Rendering Engine For Chrome And Opera

The web browser industry is experiencing a major transition right now. Yesterday, Mozilla announced a new web browser engine named Servo, developed in collaboration of Samsung. On the same day, Google has announced to introduce a new webpage rendering engine named Blink, based on WebKit. The new rendering engine would replace WebKit in future versions of Chrome and Opera.
