A team of researchers are using drones to map out communities and find interactions in order to find reasons of the contraction of P. knowlesi from macaque monkeys to human. Successful steps have already helped to gather GPS information, and the researchers are hopeful of tackling the problem soon.
Many of you may know that social media giant Facebook has plans to use drones and lasers to ‘beam’ internet to the world and to implement the plan, Facebook has already started building drones with lasers. But nothing has been mentioned further. Now, Yael Maguire, engineering director at Facebook Connectivity Lab has revealed a bit further about the plan.

At present days, many drones are used for delivering purpose. Earlier we have seen drones delivering cake, packages, medicine, newspaper and so many things. And now, Japanese food giant Nissin is using drones to deliver Cup Noodles to customers.
Now a days, drones are being used to deliver products as it’s one of the easiest medias for transport. Amazon has been using its own drone Prime Air to deliver packages to customers. But lately all on a sudden, FAA has declared that Amazon or any other company using drones, won’t be able to ‘deliver packages’ via drones in the near future.
Amazon may still take a decade or so before it can start its drone deliveries. But others such as the Lithuanian mob are already implementing the idea, smuggling cigarettes into Russia using a home-made drone.
Drones are a relatively recent phenomenon in the tech world. But given the rapid growth of the industry with tinier, more affordable versions, they are becoming increasingly common. Rather annoyed by this, National Park Service has banned drones from Yosemite.
While Amazon is still in the process of dreaming a future where drones will deliver goods, US military is already making use of such technology. The tech behind US military’s futuristic drones is called Autonomous Aerial Cargo/Utility System (AACUS).
It seems like in future, drones are going to be one of the vital transports. We have come to know that Germany’s express delivery company DHL is testing drone to deliver medicine in Germany. The drone will be used in delivering urgently needed goods to remote locations.
