In an Apple Store in California, a woman walked in with her baby and asked for immediate repair citing AppleCare told her that she could get it. When she was refused, the fun began. The incident was caught on a video by actress/singer and dancer Porscha Coleman.
Apple has long enjoyed the position of being the undisputed champion of the smartphone arena. Until now the company was in the lead, in terms of profits, but Samsung has taken away the crown recently along with the crown for sales volume.
