We all want faster boot times. But still now we haven’t get that type of OS. But time has changed now. An SSD-equipped Windows 8 PC can boot up in under seven seconds. Windows 8 boots so fast that it theoretically gives you only 200 milliseconds to access the boot menu. No need to hit the F8 key to jump into a variety of boot options when starting up the OS.
Google has announced new Chrome OS desktop and laptops. The Samsung manufactured Series 5 550 Chromebook laptops & Series 3 Chrmoe box desktop are based on Intel’s Sandy Bridge processors. These Chrome OS based computers run all their applications through Google Chrome web browser and store files online in Google servers.
Rumors have long been abound regarding a Google tablet that a company may release some time soon. While Google’s Android platform has been popular on many tablets from multiple vendors, Google hasn’t directly released a tablet yet. However, now a few hints from a benchmark site suggest that Google is all set with a new tablet of its own.
After delaying the the release date for one week, developers have finally released Fedora 17 aka Beefy Miracle. After final Go No Go meeting on 24 May, the developers fixed the releasing date of the final release Fedora 17 (RC4) to be today. Before releasing, two bugs has been solved. The new OS can be downloaded from Fedora Project torrent site.

Yang Jae Wook has designed a circle shaped “courteous printer” which looks like a humidifier or a fancy pot. The invention has flipped conventional design on its axis.

Finder, the new device that the company is rolling out in June, is being touted as the world’s thinnest smartphone. And rightly so.
