Again: Apple Sues Samsung For Copy iPhone 3 Design

Apple said that it has filed a lawsuit in South Korea which accuses Samsung Electronics of copying its products and Apple claimed Samsung’s smartphones and tablets slavishly copied its products. Apple filed a lawsuit in April in the United States, which laiming Samsung had copied its smart phones and tablet computers and nitiation of this new case in South Korea has likely been in the works for some time………

Apple Bid Against Google

U.S. antitrust regulators gave Apple approval to buy certain assets to be sold by bankrupt telecom maker Nortel Networks Corp and the patents cover wireless, data and optical networking, voice, Internet, semiconductors and other technologies. Google offered more than $900 million for the patent portfolio from the bankrupt Canadian telecom-equipment maker in April and would be given the right to terminate Nortel’s existing agreements if it acquires the patents……….
